Introduction to the characteristics of fine filter (bag filter):
1.The feeding and discharging system:
The feeding and discharging system is designed as upper side
feeding and bottom discharging, with complete filtration and no
residual liquid. When replacing the filter bag, there is no need to
disassemble any pipe, which is easy to operate.
2. Pressing material opening:
The top sealing head set a pressing material opening (is also the
vent), so that there is no accumulated liquid on the whole
filtration surface
3. The cover lifting mechanism:
The cover lifting mechanism adopts worm starting system, which can
rotate 360 degrees after the cover lifting, and the cover lifting
and the cover operation are very convenient.
4. Filter bag pressing device:
Filter bag pressing device adopts three-point positioning, inclined
plane self-locking and press filter bag device, which can be
operated quickly. It is not polluted by filter residue of
materials, and has no impact on its sealing effect.
5. Filter bag strength network, filter bag:
The strengthen network of the filer bag is made of circular steel
wire braided to minimize the resistance between the filter bag and
the strengthen network, so as to achieve the fastest filtration
speed and the most economical filtration cost.
